Our Founding Story

From One Vision to
500+ Homes

In 1989, Kumar Soundararajan founded Lovely Home Creators from a
single office on 6th Main Road, Anna Nagar, with a simple belief:
every Tamil Nadu family deserves a home built with care, honesty,
and quality that lasts generations.

That belief drove every brick laid, every contract signed, and every
family welcomed into a new home. Over three decades, LHC grew
from a small construction firm into one of Chennai’s most respected
names in residential construction, joint ventures, and interior design

Today, under the leadership of Prakash Kumar (B.E. Civil), Lovely
Home Creators continues to build on that legacy — with modern
engineering, transparent processes, and the same personal
commitment to every client that defined us from day one.

Lovely Home Creators Founded
